If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, our streamlined process makes it easy to find the right replacement or receive a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your PureFilters© account or visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to start the process.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print your prepaid shipping label and include the original packing slip inside your return box.

• 3.
  Package Securely

  Place the unused filters in their original packaging to prevent damage during transit, ensuring the box is taped and the new label is clearly visible.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  After our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or ship out your requested exchange within 3-5 business days.
